New OEM parts: the manufacturer's warranty
A new OEM part carries the manufacturer's own parts warranty where the manufacturer offers one. We add nothing and remove nothing: the manufacturer's terms govern.
Used, buyout and aftermarket parts usually carry no manufacturer warranty. They are covered by our 30-day return policy instead.
How to file a warranty claim
- Contact us with the part number, the appliance model number, and a description of the fault.
- We identify the manufacturer's warranty program and give you the exact claim path and forms.
- We supply your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Once the manufacturer approves, we help you source the replacement under the program.
What the manufacturer warranty does not cover
Manufacturer warranties typically exclude improper installation, misuse, collateral damage from the failed part, and normal-wear items. Labor is covered only where the manufacturer's program explicitly says so.
A part that fails outside the manufacturer's warranty window may still qualify for our 30-day return — see the Returns policy.
Aftermarket parts
When an OEM part is discontinued or hard to get, we may stock an aftermarket replacement. Its part page and cart line say "Aftermarket", so you always know which you are buying.
If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, an aftermarket part can complicate a claim. Ask us first and we will find the OEM option where one exists.
