Who we are
applianceparts.store is run by Skaggs Appliance LLC, 1516 Old Hwy 135, Corydon, IN 47112. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person using this site or placing an order.
Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The email you get at checkout confirms we received it; we accept the order when it ships.
Stock is counted live, but a count can be wrong and a part can sell at the counter while you are checking out. If we cannot ship all or part of an order, we contact you and you choose a refund for the missing item or a backorder.
We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fill, an order placed at a price shown in error, or an order that looks fraudulent.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay, and your payment method is charged when you place the order.
If a part is listed at a price that is plainly a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than ship at that price.
Making an offer
Some listings let you make an offer. An offer is a request, not a purchase: nothing is charged, and there is no sale until we accept it by email.
Check the fit before you order
Appliance parts are specific to the model. Use the model number from the appliance's rating plate, not the name on the door, and check the part number against it. If you are not sure, ask the parts desk first — we would rather answer a question than process a return.
Manufacturers replace part numbers over time. When a number has been superseded, the site shows the current replacement for it.
Condition of parts
Every listing states the part's condition. Read it before you order; it is part of what you are agreeing to buy.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Our Shipping, Returns and Warranty pages are part of these terms. They cover when orders ship, the return window and how it works, and how a manufacturer warranty claim is made.
Installation and safety
Appliance repair involves electricity, gas, water, and sharp or heavy components. Disconnect power, gas and water before you start, and follow the manufacturer's service instructions. If you are not qualified to do the repair, hire a licensed technician.
Diagrams, descriptions and anything our staff tell you are there to help you identify the right part. They are not installation instructions.
Using this site
Part numbers, photos, diagrams and descriptions are here to help you find the right part. We work to keep them accurate, but they can contain errors, and manufacturers change parts without notice.
Brand and model names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the appliances a part fits.
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, place fraudulent orders, or copy the catalogue in bulk.
Limits of our responsibility
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty described on our Warranty page, and you have the return rights on our Returns page. Beyond those, and as far as the law allows, we sell parts and provide this site as is, with no other warranties.
We are not responsible for damage to an appliance or property, injury, lost time or other indirect losses that come from installation, misuse, or a part that does not fit. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, where our store is located.
Your information
What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Last updated October 6, 2026.
