In-stock parts ordered before 3:00PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US public holidays ship the next business day.

Every order ships from our own warehouse — we do not drop-ship from third parties, so the stock status you see at order time is the stock that exists.

Checkout offers one service: standard shipping at a flat rate, 5–7 days in transit after the order leaves us. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Every parcel ships with tracking.

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Kentucky and Indiana and is shown at checkout.

A tracking number is issued as soon as the carrier accepts the parcel and is sent to the email on the order. If tracking has not updated within 2 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

We ship within the United States. International destinations are handled case by case — email us with the parts and destination for a quote before ordering.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the contents before opening further, then contact us the same day. Carriers have claim windows measured in days, so early reports protect your replacement or refund.
