• Orders — your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and what you bought.
• Messages — whatever you send us through the forms on this site, by email, by phone or by text: your contact details, your question, any photos, and any offer you make on a part.
• Searches — part and model numbers we could not match are logged so we can add what is missing. The log holds the number and the time, nothing that identifies you.
• Technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request details such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.

Checkout and payment are handled by Snipcart, our checkout provider, and the payment processor connected to it. Your card number goes straight to the processor. It never reaches our servers, and we cannot see or store it.

• To fill, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty claims.
• To send the order confirmation and tracking emails.
• To answer questions, photo requests and offers.
• To keep the store safe from fraud and abuse — for example, limiting how often a form can be submitted.
• To fix gaps in the catalogue and problems with the site.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Only the companies that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:

• Our checkout provider and its payment processor, to take payment.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order — name, address and phone number.
• The hosting, database and back-office services the store runs on.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to stop fraud.

The cart and checkout use cookies and your browser's local storage to remember what is in your cart and to keep your checkout session going. The store does not work without them.

We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party analytics.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for returns, warranty claims, accounting and tax. Messages are kept while they are useful for helping you.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, payment details are handled by the payment processor rather than by us, and order records are open only to the staff who need them.

No system is perfectly secure. If you think your information has been misused, tell us right away.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will, unless we have to keep a record — an invoice needed for tax or a warranty claim, for example.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights over your information. Contact us to use them.

This store is for adults buying appliance parts. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
